What I Do

Myofascial Release focuses on safely and gently releasing the entire myofascial complex for lasting and thorough results, facilitating authentic healing.
The John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release (JBMFR) is a highly effective and very gentle approach to treating the whole body.  With varying pressure, the therapist supports the individual's body as the tissue softens and new areas of range of motion are explored.

BENEFITS:

- Improves nerve function
- Decreases pain
- Immune system strengthened
- Increases blood circulation
